Shipping
We ship all items through the United States Post Office. Everything is fully insured. Items over $700 are sent as registered mail, which can take up to 7 days but is the most secure form of delivery. Purchased items will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt and clearance of payment. We do not use UPS or FedEx.
Shipping Rates
Purchases under $700 = $12
Purchases from $701 to $1,000 = $15
Purchases from $1001 to $2000 = $18
Purchases from $2,001 to $3,000 = $20
Purchases from $3,001 and above = $25
International Shipping
We ship to many international destinations. Please inquire about your specific country.
Refunds and Returns
Items are guaranteed as described; therefore, no refunds unless the item has been misprepresented. Buyers must notify us within 5 days of receiving goods if an item does not match our description. If you are not comfortable buying something without seeing it first, you can purchase an item with the right to return it. You must pay for the item, and if upon inspection, the item is not what you expected, you can return it for a refund. The only fees you will be responsible for are shipping to and from your address. We have not had an item returned yet, as the jewelry looks even better in person than in the photos!

A Note About Our Photography
Taking pictures of diamonds to be displayed on a computer screen can be difficult, often resulting in the diamonds looking dark when in reality they are not. If you are looking at any of our pictures and feel that the diamonds look dark, please refer to the description of the item that states the accurate color and clarity of the stones. Also, diamond grading is done under 10X magnification. When you supersize our photos you will see the item in 100X magnification. Please be aware that you may see things that cannot be seen with your eyes or a 10X loupe. Additionally, the metals can be very reflective. Any dark spots that you see in the metal are just reflections of the black camera. |
